Pet Application & Policies

Please note: We consider animals a serious responsibility and a risk to each resident in the dwelling. If you do not properly control and care for an animal, you’ll be liable if it causes damage or disturbs other residents.

Garden Creek Apartments apartments is a pet-friendly community, yet dogs, cats or other pets shall not be permitted on the premises without express written permission of Management and signed lease addendum. Requirements include:

Two pets per apartment & weight limit under one hundred (100) pounds (spayed/neutered with all shots).
Non-acceptable canine breeds are: Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Dog, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Akita, Wolf-Hybrid, St. Bernard, Great Danes, Chow Chow, Bull Mastiff, Standard Poodles, Affenpinscher, French Mastiff, Old EnglishMastiff and any mix containing one of these breeds.
Any aggressive pet, even if not listed above, is not allowed to remain on property.
Livestock, poisonous, or exotic pets (snakes, rodents, uncaged birds, reptiles, insects & spiders) not permitted.
Cats: Must remain indoors always. Declawed, spayed/neutered with clean litter box & scratch posts.
No guest’s pets allowed on premises.
Residents are required to clean up after their pets. Poop bags are provided for your convenience.
